The LORD is my shepherd, I shall lack nothing.

He makes me lie down in green pastures,

He leads me beside quiet waters.

He restores my soul.

He guides me along the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

  1. Never would have thought of illustrating this psalm photographically. It’s so comforting and beautiful. Thank you.

  2. That was great. I had a medical procedure on Thursday and I quoted this verse in my head, then the last line; “And I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever,” over and over. God’s word is a thing of obvious truth, but comfort. The test was fine, but better yet was the comfort during. We’re on the same page this week. My favorite verse in pictures. Really cool. Thanks.

  3. Bobbi! How good to see you here! I’ve been thinking of you so much lately.

  4. Floyd,
I’m glad your test turned out well. God does that kind of timely thing lots, doesn’t He? Just what we need, just when we need it.

  5. Jen (F., and Dukes Lee), also Elizabeth and Patricia, thank you so much for kind encouragement.

  6. Lynn,
I’d had this in my head for quite a while. Not an original approach, though. My son illustrated this very Psalm photographically in a college project—totally different scenes, however.
