What do you know about Christmas? Probably less than you think you know! And what you think you know probably came from somewhere other than the Bible! That’s how it was with me, the first time I took a quiz like the one I’m going to give you a chance at now. My husband put this one together for the Bible study group he leads at a nearby “correctional facility” (prison). (I modified and added a bit.) Let me know in the comment box if you get 100 %—because I didn’t! And no cheating with the hover tool, peeking at the scripture references at the bottom before you answer! 1. Yay! And wow! Even the forty days, huh? Well, Marsha, if anyone would get them all right, I guess it would be you! Yes, my heart is filled with praise this Christmas time. God is so good. May He bless your new year richly!

  2. Well, I got four wrong………..grrrr. but I got #16 right!! That was fun and the ones I got wrong I had changed my answer………not supposed to do that! 🙂
    Have a Blessed New Year

  3. Yep, Elsie, that’s what they say–and I find it usually happens that way for me. What I got wrong on this quiz I shouldn’t have—wouldn’t have, if I’d just taken the time to think more before answering. I imagine 12 out of 16 is a lot better than your average American churchgoer would do. We draw too many of our ideas about Christmas from songs, cards, and folk tales.

  4. I copied and printed out, will do. I see you posted answers, but did not peek. haha

  5. Well, hey, Bobbi, you’re still a newbie! I have been amazed at your rapid growth and how you “get it” with different biblical concepts so well, so soon. This kind of quiz does show us, however, how much we (Christians in general) get our beliefs (about Christmas and other biblical topics) from traditions, fiction, and the world at large, instead of the Bible.
